Options for Independence specialises in providing a range of high quality, immediate, skilled support services and opportunities to vulnerable people to live more independently.

The successful candidate will be based in all areas of East Lothian and therefore a full driving license and access to a car is essential. Candidates should be qualified to SVQ 2/3 level in care or be prepared to work towards gaining this qualification. An understanding and commitment to service user choice and a person centred approach to support is essential. Opportunities for staff development are promoted through supervision and staff training.
